In loving memory of my sister, Sandi Piper
Sanda Sue Freeman Piper was born in Kilgore, TX in 1942 of "Tex" and "Dot" Freeman. Sandi mother of one son, Richard Piper and was sister to Ken Freeman, her younger brother. She lived much of her life in Ft. Worth Tx, Kilgore TX and Marshall, TX. She died after extended illness July 14, 2004.
